Isabelle Caro veier nå 32 kilo, det er det meste hun har veid siden hun var 13 år gammel.
Hun ble kjent da hun poserte i en kampanje mot moteindustriens
 urealistiske og farlige syn på ideal-kroppen i selve mote-hovedstaden Milano.
 Isabelle har en BMI på 14, den minste sunne BMI-en man kan ha er 18.5.
